Terms of Service
Updated 1 October 2026
These terms describe the rules for using Learning Tools, a platform for learning, testing, group assignments, and reviewing submitted work. The Privacy Policy separately explains our data practices.

Purpose of the service
The service provides learning materials and tests on Ukrainian traffic rules, vehicle structure, and Adaptability-200, alongside tools for saving attempts, issuing assignments, and reviewing work. A test result alone is not a licence, certification, or decision by an authorized organization. Materials and evaluations may need correction; significant decisions should be checked against appropriate primary sources and procedures.
Accounts and access
Sign-in uses Google. Your first sign-in creates a participant account with a U code. Controller, manager, reviewer, and administrator powers depend on separate appointments and permissions. Public tests may be available without signing in; other tests require an assignment.
Protect access to your Google account, browser session, codes, and links. Sign out after using a shared device. U, G, and R codes do not prove identity or authorship. An anonymous result cannot be claimed as account-owned work solely by presenting a code or link.
Assignments, attempts, and results
Groups and assignments are separate entities. Joining a group does not automatically enroll you in all ongoing assignments. Each issuance has its own access rules, attempt allowance, and optional start deadline. Resuming a started attempt does not consume another attempt.
You choose whether to take an assigned test and whether to provide completed work to reviewers. Providing work gives the assigned reviewers access to that work. Inclusion in an assignment summary and controller acceptance into a paper case are separate actions. Administrative access is permission-based, as described in the Privacy Policy.
An assignment deadline limits new starts. Work already started can be completed; late provision is marked accordingly. Only an unstarted issuance without a linked attempt can be recalled. Archiving a group or recalling an issuance does not transfer ownership of your work or automatically delete it.
Acceptable use
- Act within your granted permissions. Do not try to access other users’ work, bypass limits, or impersonate another user.
- Do not disrupt the service, use it for unlawful activities, or upload harmful content.
- Avoid unnecessary identifying information about yourself or others in answers and notes. Do not distribute other users’ results without appropriate permission.
Content and report sharing
Providing your work for review does not transfer your rights in its content to a reviewer. You allow the service to store and process submitted answers for testing, review, and reporting features. Test materials and other platform content remain subject to their respective authors’ rights; access to the service does not grant unrestricted republication rights.
A report link is an access key to specific content. Share it only with intended recipients. It does not establish authorship or transfer work to another account. Revoking a link does not remove copies a recipient has already saved.
Availability and limitations
Sign-in and server features require an internet connection. Local learning progress depends on your browser’s storage. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, errors, or provider outages. Access may be restricted for rule violations or security reasons within the administration’s authority.
These terms do not remove rights that cannot be restricted under applicable law. Questions or objections about access can be sent to the contact address below.
Changes to these terms
The current terms are available on this page. We will update the version date when they change. Material changes requiring your consent must obtain that consent separately; the presence of this page alone does not establish separate consent.
Contact and data requests
For questions about Learning Tools, access to your data, or deletion requests, contact learning.gorgan.app@gmail.com.
For an account request, include your U code. We may ask you to verify access to the account. An anonymous result’s R code alone does not establish authorship. Do not send your Google password, one-time sign-in code, or a link containing an access token.
